His second chance at another ideal farewell was to lead PSG to a win at his last home game against Toulouse on May 12, 2024, which also backfired.

PSG faced Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League semifinals but were unfortunately eliminated after losing in both the first and second leg with an aggregate of 2-0.
PSG’s star-studded lineup was unable to score despite numerous attempts as Mbappe and forwards missed crucial chances throughout the semifinal campaign.

In Mbappe’s final home game for Paris Saint-Germain a triumphant send-off turned into a recking defeat as PSG lost 3-1 to Toulouse and his frustration was evident. However, Mbappe was the first to score PSG’s only goal increasing his record to 44 goals across all competitions.

Kylian Mbappe confirmed for the first time on social media on Friday 10th May 2024 that he was leaving PSG officially at the end of the season.
His move to Real Madrid is already confirmed and it will be his next stop after leaving PSG this summer.
