French football sensation Kylian Mbappe most recently accepted a challenge to line up and race against 8 times Olympic champion and world record holder Usain Bolt
The fantasy of Kylian Mbappe sprinting against track icon Usain Bolt, the world record holder, has been imagined by many if not everyone in the football world and now the duo has made it come true.
This happened when Bolt suggested that Mbappe should line up against him in a charity race during a recent interview. Similarly in an interview, Mbappe went ahead to accept the challenge saying, “Knowing that I inspire someone like that is really gratifying…”

Usain Bolt, hailing from Jamaica, is an eight-time Olympic champion and a living legend in track and field. Bolt’s speed, power, and dominance on the track were exceptional and even after retiring from professional sprinting in 2017 his world record in the 100m sprint stands at a staggering 9.58 seconds and is yet to be broken. Bolt once tried his hand at professional football after retiring from athletics but did not get a professional contract.
